Carboooooooooooooooon Interior

The interior was getting sticky from the environmental material so I choose to have the 18 interior pcs pulled out and relayed with carbon fiber. I'm pretty happy with how it came out. It goes well with my alcantara headliners and pillars.

Wow you are very observant. Actually the only part that was not custom laid CF was the steering wheel that one is a off the shelf part I had them order for me. Didn't know the pattern didn't match until it came in. Oh well can't return it might as well use it. Hoping to find a used BMW performance steering wheel someday.

Neat idea, but way too much cf for my liking. I think the OEM CF bits is the perfect amount.

My performance shop SD Motors outsourced it to a CF part manufacture. They removed all the plastic & leather and laid actual CF over each base part.

Actually I would have done with less CF parts, but as you know our interior is made of eco green material after time and sunlight they become sticky. So I had to replace additional parts.

But too bad it's in Taiwan so you would need to give them your interior pieces first.

Do you have any issues with glare from the high-gloss finish?

No issues, it could be because I have dark window tint all the way around including front windshield tint. But it sure looks good I think.

I love carbon fibre but this is too much in my opinion. But, as long as you like it and are satisfied then it'all good!

They have special plastic tools that can pry the sides open. Took him about 10 minutes to do all 18 pcs. All the control and switches can be separated. The window one is also a cover piece only.
