changing CIC navigation region?

Is it possible to change the region for the CIC navigation system?

For example, I live in the US now. If I moved to Japan, and took my car with me, could I change to the Japanese maps for navigation?

For example, if you did European delivery with the car, they load it with European maps when you pick up the car in Germany, and then load with with North America Maps when you pick it up in the US ... It certainly implies its possible. I just don't know the limitations of Asian regions such as Japan.

What do you mean by changing the region?

You need to download new Maps. So when you move to Japan you will need to get the Japan map downloaded. It's certainly doable - the maps aren't locked to one location.
