Use the metal tool that's included to pry the door panel slightly and slide the plastic pieces from the cover between the door panel and the metal door.

I just got one of these covers and love it. The fit and protection is excellent. It certainly beats the blanket I used to put back there!

Thanks. No metal tool with mine, but I can work around that. The corner that just has the elastic and no plastic tab goes into the corner of the triangular window, right?

I just got this cover for my E90 sedan. However, its not clear how the one on the door panel gets installed... I am assuming it does not go on the glass, right?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
