Yes, but not when you're just one of tens of thousands of schmucks who bought a BMW. Remember, BMW is relatively doing very well, plus there are others who bought $100,000 BMW's.

People bitch about the stupidest things...who says they have to give you a loaner in the first place? You are driving it there because YOU want something done to your car, I'd understand a big warranty claim that would take a week but a day or two...please. wahh wahh!

I have never not gotten a Merc loaner when I took one in, be it the one of the Cs, Es, Ss, SLK, R, Sls.. (yeah my family owns pretty much one of each; by family I'm including extended)

They always give Merc loaners as long as you have made an appointment

With BMW, you need to be on good terms with the SA, or have bought the BMW from them
at least the ones around me are like that (and there are like 5 within a 30 min radius)
