i prefer none cpo if possible. If i were to buy the extended warranty, at least I could extend it another 3 years whereas the CPO only has a 2 year extension. Something to keep in mind if you plan on keeping the car.

I would get a PPI done on the car as well.

well, just because it's not a CPO, it doesn't mean it's unworthy of a car.
I would make sure all services have been done promptly. All history and records are included. The doors, trunk, hood have all matching vin numbers.
No rust is evident underneath. Inspect the exterior of the car carefully; you can tell if the car has been resprayed.

If you are too hesitant, take it to an indy car shop for an inspection. A $100 goes a long way, and saves a headache down the road.

Best of luck. Keep us updated.

This, is sound advice. Although the demand for them is very high right now, so out-of-state may be the OP's only real option.

otherwise, i was going to suggest, if you can put it outhere for any member who is willing to go and inspect the car for a small fee or no fee.

I've had inspections done out of state, just find the nearest BMW dealership to the car (assuming it isn't with a dealership already).

If the car is out of state, and if you know someone who is local (maybe another forum member) you can ask them for a favor and they may be able to take a look and maybe pay them to get a PPI done?

think less and act more; too many people take too much time thinking; I just buy things impulsively.

Don't feel bad. I must've let go of so many what I thought as "good deals". Turned out good deals wasn't as good what I have right now.

Trust me, you'll find another one.
