Doesn't make it wrong. If you're told, Hey here is a track, you can go full out have fun.

Don't be a debby downer because you want to be with everyone on the save the tree's.

I would agree with you if this was in a national park or a "RV" area. But on a closed course its free game.

Far be it from me to tell someone what to do with their private property.

Yeah, because the guy said it was private property, and I believe him.......

Especially since it is in all caps right at the beginning, not like it was added as an afterthought after getting hammered with negative comments.....

I'm no tree hugged, far from it. But with open lands getting shut down and closed left and right due to perceptions, even actions on "private land" (snerk, don't believe it) has a negative impact with the general public. Shooters face the same issues.

Perception becomes reality with the general public. They see stuff like this, even on private land, and the call their representatives to get public lands closed to ORV. They succeed, and eventually all you can do is ORV on private land. Hope you have friends like this "land owner".....

A lot of assumptions made disbelieving it's not private property...I personally have no reason not to believe it. I don't do any wheeling or have any friends who do. I believe that if the goal is to "leave the land as it is" than driving a vehicle through it, no matter how carefully isn't in the best interest. The only hunters I know are bow hunters who are generally welcomed.

I agree with what scollins said. It is not necessarily just something to bitch about. I don't particularly care what someone does on their private land, but the serious tree-hugger types see videos like these and associate all four-wheeling and "off highway driving" to be like this. They then lobby to close more and more public lands to vehicle traffic which then affects everyone who did follow the Tread Lightly! mentality when accessing those trails. I used to read a couple of Jeep related magazines, and each month there was always an article about a trail being closed or someone trying to close it.
