I have mine set to Sports suspension, and that is the reason why I press it each and every time I leave my condo--because there is this "dip" there, which the firmer suspension helps to avoid my scrubbing. Other than that, it's typically reserved for the trip home after work, where I'm feelin' alright...

Usually I go M once the oil is to temp, and the road gives me room to breathe.

Cold Start/Parking Lot Mode:
D2 (car coded to default into this mode), normal throttle, comfort EDC

Car Warm/City Driving Mode:
Flick stick to the right for S4, hit power button for sport throttle, hit EDC button for normal suspension setting if roads allow

Highway/Fun Mode:
M button for S5, sport steering (tuned), sport plus throttle (useless on track but lots of fun on the street), Euro MDM, EDC unchanged but usually in normal (I've found the sport setting too bouncy on Houston's streets, but the car is a non-ZCP Civic, so that's to be expected).

once she is warm (oil and water), that M gets pressed. actually i think my car does better on gas in M mode rather then everything off. strange and counter intuitive i know.

Part of my start up procedure. Cold start -> m button-> put in reverse.

My settings are for sport throttle, sport steering, MDM and normal suspension.

It's on during most drives, but my commute to work is barely a mile, lol. Outside of that, Magic happens every day.
