Tint...

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a good tint shop in the Oakville/Burlington area? I'm mostly concerned about the problem with the dot matrix area on the rear glass, but all the tint shops I've talked to tell me nothing can be done about it. Just curious, has anyone in the GTA had black vinyl placed to cover the dot matrix area and if so, where was it done?

Thanks.

I just got my tint removed because of that issue with the dot matrix. It looked terrible, and I now actually like my car better without the tint and use the rear sunshade instead.

Yeah I could totally see myself removing the tint for that reason too... sunshade's great, I have it up almost all the time.

If you are going to have tinted windows...don't have it too dark.

The rearview mirror has auto dimming and at night...i can't see much behind me.
And there is no turn off option.

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't considered that...

How did the tint on the dot matrix area on your rear window turn out btw?
