With the 7 speed double clutch DCT transmission, what are the modes? Is DS the most automatic I will get? DS, Tronic shifting, Paddle shifting? There is no D right?

D=Automatic "Drive" mode. S1 (Shift pattern 1) is just for economy, and won't even use 1st gear starting from a stand still, nor will it blip the throttle on downshift). The shift patterns become progressively sporty through S5 (least economical). S6 is only available in manual mode with the DSC turned off. In Manual mode, the shift "settings" control the speed of the shift, delay, and throttle blipping on downshifts. Like in D mode, the shift settings become more aggressive as the number increases. S6 is about as close as you're going to get to a full manual, with the computer only intervening to prevent over reving, and putting the transmission in 1st gear if you forget to downshift (but who can resist the throttle-blipping experience?).
