Help me out with tires....

I am currently running yokohama advan sports on my 19" wheels.
The fronts are fine, they are 245/35/19 on a 9.5" rim. the rear however is a 10" rim and the tires r 285/30/19. I have absolutely no rubbing with a 5mm spacer, however they r a bit tucked, not much at all, but if i am trying to achieve that sick offset, completely flush look, what size tire should i go with in the rear? Would 275/30 work? or should i go with 265?

I was thinking about putting the stock rear tires on the wheels, but not sure thats a good idea. What do u guys suggest?

I would do 265-35-19 same tires advan sport as they are a very square sidewall tire and look wider than most 265's Thats what I am doing.

Hey guys, could you tell me if the Advan tires are quieter and last longer than stock PS2s? And do they have at least the same WET grip and ride comfort than stock? I don't need that much dry grip as I'll never track my car; rather get more mileage and a quieter ride.

If I can't find those attributes in a summer tire, will step down a notch to 'ultra high performance all-season', which is what the M3 should have stock IMO. Many thanks.

the 265-35 is the same as the stock rear and I think th tire may stretch slightly so it should not look to tall. 275-30 is to small in my opinion.

M3s are also sold in cold climates . And it's a 4-passenger coupe not a GT3 . Summer tires should be a no-cost option, like on many other high-performance cars, but the great majority of owners don't track their M3s, making tires like the PS2s pure overkill brother.

+1, i think 275-30 will indeed look too small. I will say at least 285 for 30 series.

I am not sure how 285-30 will rub since the overal diameter is still smaller than the stock 265-35 setup. I have 295-30 on my eibach, and it does not rub at all.

My rear wheels are 19x10 with an offset of 25. I am running a 5mm spacer making it +20 and with my 285/30 I have absolutely NO RUBBING. However, when I put a 10mm spacer to make it +15, thats when i had some rubbing. With normal, "boring" fitment it sperfect, however, what i am looking for is that aggressive flush look. Wheel has to be flush with the fender which means tire needs a bit of a stretch. Im on H&R sport springs btw.

275/30/19 is the correct size for the look you are going for. 35 sidewall is too tall for a rear tire.

Do u mind posting some pics of ur setup? I guess the yokohamas are more aquared which can explain the rubbing.

Do u rub under hard cornering?

I think king leh has 20 or 22 offset rears becuase they are lmr's which would make them a 12 or 10 offset with a 10mm spacer.

I have run 265/30 and 285/35 on 19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +20 lowered on H&R with slight rubbing in the back due to the height of the tire. I also currently have 275/30 and 295/30 on the same wheels with no rubbing. Based on your wheels and desire to run a 10mm spacer in the back you should go with a 275/30. I would definitely ditch that 245/35 in the front and step up to a 255/35 or 265/30 which should both fit no problem.
