Code Numbers for Canadian M3 Cars

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone seen or come across the Option Code Numbers for Canadian M3 cars?

I've made a search here on the forum and on the Internet, however, I can only locate US Code Numbers for our cars.

Or are the US Code Numbers also apply to our cars?

Thanks Fellows!

Cheers,

Rolf-Dieter

Canadian option codes are the same as US option codes. In Fact a Canadian car is actually built as a US car but with option code 838-Canadian Version. This option code 838 makes the speedometer KM/h, and turns on daytime running lamps.

Thanks a bunch for the information

Funny that the Germans don't give us the same decal as the US cars KM/hour & Miles/hour ... on my 1987 e28 at a push of a button I can change KM to Miles Then I purchased my e28 in the USA

The code for ZCP is different than US cars... I can't recall what it is (maybe 7MA) but it is different. That may be the only difference but there is at least that one.

You're right gthal. My dealer gave me a printout of some of the pages of the 2012 ordering guide and it's either ZOK or 7MA. I remember because I thought, ZCP sounds so much better! I also inquired about the two tone leather seats and it's quite a premium compared to the price in the US (unless it's on top of an individual order, then there's still a premium but less so), but for that one he forwarded me an email in which he was instructed to "use the US codes [for those options]".

I don't have the documentation anymore but any dealer can get you the codes.

The Comp package is called ZOK and lists now for $2900 and includes the 359 19" wheels & the EDC.A bargain in my world compared to the $3900 that I paid.
When I ordered the tu-tone interior on mine it was a $1300 option on top of the leather and yes we did use the US codes.

You got a great deal on the comp package for 2011. I think most people paid over 5k, and the special order fee of $400.

My dealer quoted me over 3K for the two-tone seats if I *wasn't* going with Individual Paint. But only $800 premium ($400 real premium + $400 special order fee) if I was going to get Individual. So $1300 sounds terrific!

BMW lowered the price this year is my understanding. This is now the standard price when you build a Canadian car online.

My 11 was indeed listed as 7MA but my 2012 order guide on my Autoquote says the Comp Package option code is ZOK.

Yes, you're right gthal. I meant, Gearheads999s got a great deal for a 2011 model.

It's now $2900 dollars (and no special order fee)
