Installed CF diffuser now exhaust tips look small and dont sit flush with M exhaust

e92 has longer tips than an e90.

OP, it looks fine, but you could probably take it to a muffler shop and get the tips extended - although, I wouldn't butcher an MPE.

In the pic it looks like he drilled out original rivets pulled out the tips and reinstalled new rivets. Doesn't look like any welding was done. I could be wrong. but that doesn't look hard to do and looks great.

Looks great to me. My eisemann race fits similarly in my diffuser. Why do you want the sticking out further?

Set up looks good, dude. Give it a few days and then see if it still bothers you.

I think the tips should stick out slightly past the diffuser and it is an easy fix. Drill out old rivets and drill in new ones. Done

Going to get this done tomorrow but not sure if the exhaust shop carry rivets. Is there and particular rivets I should buy?

I didn't extent the pipe. Self tapping screws. If I want to put it back to original length it can be done. Hope the screws don't get loose.

Actually we tried tac welding it first then they broke off. Told the guy they where titanium tips! Exhaust had to be dropped twice. Shop didn't charge me anything for screwing up so saved a couple hundred bucks.
