Lol Im Not Trolling Eithrr. My Car Has 12k Miles....i Got Side Swiped So It Was At A Body Shop.. After The Car Got Fixed.. I Drove It For Aweek And Then While I Was On The Freeeway The Car Went Out Of Gear... I Was Stuck On The Freeway For About 3 Hours Lol Because Each Tow Truck That Came Could Not Fit The Dollie Since My Car Is Too Low.....anyways, I Took The Car To The Dealer.. And Next Thing You Know They Told Me The Warranty Is Voided Because At Another Dealer The Car Apparently Was Taken There For A Oil Top Off With 27k Miles!!!

Why not post a picture of your paperwork where BMW says the warranty is voided so people don't keep thinking you are trolling?
You can omit your address and personal information.

My car has 12k on it.. and when i sent my car to the dealer to get fixed for the alternator problem.. they told me the car had a service oil top off at another dealer with 27k miles on it...now my warranty is voided. i had my friend that works at bmw scan my key and he said there is no records of the other dealer getting the 27k oil top off, but bmw na said they do.. |

Your story is going to have more credibility if you clearly write out your posts instead of these awkward run-on sentences with weird punctuation and capitalization. My advice is to contact BMW NA. I don't know why you didn't get more details when BMW informed you of this voided warranty, or whatever it is. Seems like it would be pretty easy to prove to BMW that they made a mistake. It's not like people in this thread are going to know what the underlying story is anyway.

You should have some sort of paper trail...your purchase invoice and service records should show mileages with dates.
Any BMW dealer will be able to give you a print out of your "Key Data" including your "Service data" (from you ignition key) get both done. This will give you the mileage recorded and mileage to various service items which should match in with your service history. |

Either way your miles are with in warranty and i would personally get a lawyer involved and have the body shop, service dealer that did the top off and the dealer voiding your warranty served with a law suit.
good luck |

How do you afford a car like this with such poor grammar?
I'm impressed. |

You could try to go to the dealer where the alleged "top-off" at 27k occurred and ask the service manager for an affidavit simply stating that your car has never been at that dealer for any service (assuming that is true). Then present the affidavit to BMW NA and see what they say. Maybe they have some sort of mixup in their systems but it all seems very unusual.
