Who makes a good set of BLUE LED angel eyes?

Dont do it. They are illegal and you will get a ticket faster then you can imagine. the LUX H8 V4 are adjustable color up to 12,000K white so they would be your best option. the highest 3 color temperatures however are for off-road use only since they are still beyond the legal range of colors

Lux v4 is the way to go... I have them but wouldnt run them on the "blue" setting
