Would the dealer know that the car was ever tuned if you revert back to your stock map before service? Can the tuned map be saved on my PC along with the stock?
The tuned map is saved as a file in exactly the same way as you stock file. Just put them in a folder somewhere and they are always there to be reloaded.

Dealers in general will not really be able to discover you're tuned for anything normal. To them the software looks like stock. BMW could possibly find out if they did serious amounts of digging after a puma case, due to road speed or revs being higher than stock, but its not something a normal dealer would partake in (if its a major concern you could request these remain as stock in the file)

Yes we can indeed, we have been for a while in the UK, although there is a few days delay due to our other technician (not Sal!) having a little, er, fall on his bike. Will only be a few days delay hopefully before we are back up and running at full strength.

What gain could I expect with the Tune, Akrapovic Evolution exhaust, and MS Filter?

Thanks...

Can the "cold start cat heat cycle" be removed/disabled with your s/w as well?

The software interface looks alot like Freigling Racing's FRC software, did you re-brand it?

what if after you load the tuned file, something goes wrong? (maybe not immediately, but after some time)

maybe the car goes into limp mode, loss of power, engine malfunction etc etc.

Since you don't have a shop to go to, how would you remedy this?

For example, I'm local to OE Tuning, semi local to GIAC (EAS), and Powerchip, so I could go see them.
But you're based in the UK so I can't exactly be towed to you.

Also, once the tuned file is loaded onto the car, how easy is it to go back to a 100% stock car?

Does your tune get rid of the CEL if one is catless/using HFC?
Will you/one of your technicians be available for on the phone/FaceTime/Skype etc during the process in case one needs assistance?

Sorry for all the questions

We are always available, we mostly work 15 hour days and our technician is a workaholic and is always ready to call. He spends hours with customers, more so than any other company I've ever dealt with. Distance has never been an issue, and we always make sure our customers will be happy - if there is an issue we remedy it, without question. We know all the different things that can go wrong and the reason behind them, we've done it enough times now (the advantage with not reinventing the wheel when it comes to the software we use).

It is very easy to return to stock. Simply load in your original software using our tool. We are always available to call during the process if you require it, but it really is a simple process.

UPDATE:

For those asking about the very latest, tuner protected BMW software for the E9x M3:

The only difference will be the read/write times are extended, as we write over more details than previously. This means the process takes longer and has more draw on your battery. Because of this we require customers to have some sort of battery conditioner/charger that supplies over 12-13V.

Thanks!
Paul
