Yup. As long as your front tires are pointed down track and you manage the throttle...you're good. Let the rotation of the car do the steering for you.

Seriously like driving on ice!

Absolutely no traction ... Plus I have Bridgestone RE-11 tires, they are horrible in cold damp conditions, unless they are nice and hot.

just a few observations:

1) Awesome!!! Truly.

2) looks like so much fun but way too many walls at Road Atlanta for me to try any of those shenanigans

3) I now have Tire-Budget Envy after watching this

4) I give you mucho style points for the left hand out the window, but I think you could manage a backside rail grab or something like the snowboarders do, maybe a Method Air off the curbing. something to work on.

5) did I say awesome yet?

i messed around with this last time on the skid pad that wet day i told you about. i actually found out i naturally let go as well and let the wheel unwind on its own until im ready for input the other direction for the next cone.
