Disable IPhone 4 autoplay

Here is my configuration: IPhone 4 with bluetooth.
I tend to listen to German radio via the Internet while driving. Unfortunately, every time I get into my car, the Ipod section of the phone starts playing automatically, which is very annoying, since I do not want that. How can I prevent this? I still need Bluetooth audio on for the internet radio, just not the autoplay for the IPod.

Does your Internet radio station have a pause function? If so, you can try this...

Jailbreak iPhone. Disable apple multitasking. Install backgrounder instead. Set your Internet radio app to background when closed. Now when you get into your car, it should play where it left off instead of iPod running.

I use this for pandora in my car. I just leave pandora backgrounder all day. So as I come and go from my car, pandora starts right back up where it left off.

This works for both pandora and slacker radio.

I also know of a jailbreak app that will allow you to auto start any application you want when something plugs into your phone. That also works well for BT audio in a car. Problem on this solution is when your home and plug your phone into some power that app with start.
