installed my ARC titanium knob to my m3

Just want to share this picture. I've been wanting to install my ARC titanium shift knob to my m3, I really love the feel of this shift knob. And I think it looks great on our m3! Made a custom shift boot tri stich as well. I will have the silver shift metal rod thing painted in black so it will look nicer

I fumbled around with the ARC knob a couple years ago but it wasnt made for our cars and would look funny.

It looks great on the NSX.

How was it done? Aren't the ARC knobs threaded?

Yup I made a custom fitment/thread for it so it will accept the ARC knob. I have the bigger lexus thread if that helps. Never seen a titanium knob on a m3 before something different

Here's my custom made full Titanium knob. Had it torch faded blue/purple/bronze. Painted my AA short shifter lever black before I installed it. Did this awhile ago just never posted. You should definitely paint your lever black or use black electric tape for now.
