We at Sonic MS are proud to present BC Forged's new line of Deep Concave 2 piece forged wheels.

BC Forged is a new subdivision of BC Racing - world renowned for their high performance coilover suspension systems.

Since it's establishment in 1999, BC Racing has focused its efforts on developing, designing and manufacturing high performance coilover suspension systems.

New for 2012 is the release of BC Forged's line of ultra-light 2 piece forged wheels. Manufactured out of aircraft-grade Forged T6061-Aluminum, these wheels are made to order to your custom specs. All BC Forged wheels are machined using the latest sophisticated CNC procedures utilizing state of the art machinery.

BC Forged's HB Series utilizes an unique 2 piece design with a sizeable lip in addition to an ultra concave face. Available in 19 and 20 inch sizes with widths from 8.5 to 11 inches.

This 2 piece design eliminates the risk of problematic air leaks experienced relatively frequently on 3 piece forged wheels. In addition, extensive finite element analysis (FEA) in addition to Vehicle Specific Weight Optimization (VSWO) are utilized to maximize structural integrity while minimizing weight. In addition, BC Forged wheels are officially JWL and VIA certified, click here to reference official Japanese documentation of certification.

because these wheels are 2 piece wheels, are the prices lower than a 3 piece wheel?

So three weeks from payment to delivery here they are:

- 20" x 9.5" ET 20 squared (rear uses a 12mm spacer for flush look all around)
- Brushed face
- Polished lip
- Max concave on all 4 wheels while clearing front Brembo GT calipers
- 265/30/20 PS2
- TPMS-compatible
- 24.3lbs each

This is running on OEM ZCP suspension...

Extremelly happy with the look, finish and apparent quality of these wheels so far. They look like they are twice their cost. Ride is more or less the same as the ZCP 19" wheels except the tighter steering (the main reason of wanting to go square again) and tighter turns (lower profile and PS2, vs the 19" OEM Conti tires).

I'm interested in the same setup as Technics but in matte black centers and gloss black lip.

Thx,
