BMW Dealership doesn't want to honour EBay auction.

Not sure if you guys have seen this yet, but a BMW dealership put up a new M3 on EBay for $60K with a "Buy It Now" price of $67K and no reserve.

This member bid on it, won, and now the dealership doesn't want to sell him the car...what do you think?
