It includes the back mid-section and mufflers with black chrome tips, as far as I know it will fit an 08...please contact me if interested 9544821481 and I can also send you pics to an email...

Yea bro sorry to say the tips are going for 150 here an 100-150 on the exhaust even if it has 0 miles ... Sucks our oem exhaust does not have any value at all .... I say keep it or trade it for someone with oem with silver tips plus cash 200 tops...

That's why I say OBO, if someone gets me an offer I might consider it. No need for trades, I replaced it with the BMW M PERF EXHAUST...
