Can anyone recommend shops for lip install?

Hey guys first time post here!

Just got a mode carbon lip for my e92 m3. Can anyone recommend a good place to have this installed? BTW im in Seattle...Thanks!

Shouldn't it just bolt-on to OEM holes?

there is drilling of the lip involved and takes 2 to install...i live in a condo with no garage or tools to get this done...Anyone in WA with any recommendations for a shop?
