Washed and Waxed + Clear Bra Installed
Some pics of my ride after I washed and waxed it in preparation for the clear bra install. Just took delivery last week, but I ended up having to clay it, as there was a bunch of crap already in the paint. I don't think the dealer did a very good job of detailing it.
I thought the clear bra would be more visible than it is. Very happy with the results! Next mod, Huper Optik 30 tint. |

Very nice - this would have been the exact car that I would be getting if not for the fact that I'm getting the E92 version. Good job.

It looks like you did a good job, but there is something wrong with your camera.
Why are the pictures so out of focus and dark? Are you using some kind of fancy 'filter' on the lens, or were these shot with a low-rez camera phone? Those pictures aren't showing the car's true beauty. It takes away from all hard work you put into it. That car must look amazing, but your pics are watering it down considerably. I'd rather tell you the truth upfront, than lie to you and tell you those pics are great. Hope you don't take offense to anything I've said, just trying to help you take better pics in the future... You already did the work, just think you deserve to have that seen (clearly) by everyone else here. Just my .02

I went with Central Coast Clear Bra. They came out to my place to do it. I think he did a great job. As for the quality of the pics, I used my Canon SD700 rather than my DSLR to take the pics. I see what you mean about them being a little out of focus, especially the close up hood pics. Maybe I'll use my DSLR next time. |
