Question about end of warranty and a couple services

I have an 09 e92 m3 that has it's warranty expiring in early June. My next oil change, and front/rear brake service isn't for another 6000 miles. My question is do I actually need to drive this 6000 miles before early June to get these services covered under warranty or is there a chance my dealership will give me some leeway to get these done even if I don't hit that 6000 miles in the next 3 or so months? I tried to call the service dept and haven't gotten back to yet. I average about 1200-1500 miles a month so I may have to take an extra long trip or 2 to get to that 6000 miles....It would be worth it to me if they are changing the rotors too (Being a full brake service apparently costs $2000).

We can't answer this for you, that's up to the dealer's discretion.

The brake sensors only estimate the life remaining and do so separately for front and rear, in any case, 6k miles doesn't guarantee the service will be required. If they are that close, hopefully the dealer will be willing to replace them anyway. I had all my front pads and rotors replaced right before leaving warranty but there was enough life yet on the rears that they wouldn't do them.

Dealer dependent. Some of them are my the book, others are not. I'm not sure what's driving the inconsistency. Some may make a call if they have records of you spending real money there at their service department. For example, I always pay for the swap of my winter tires at the dealer so this was my final maintenance experience (not to say this was the result of me going there for paid services):

I don't see a reason to drive the car extra miles just to get an oil change and maybe some new brakes.

Oil change can be done if when they read the info out of your key the data says it's recommended or due. If you have gone a year without your oil changed and don't meet the mileage requirement you might be able to get a low mileage oil and filter change. Brakes can only be done if they are at minimum spec, technician would have to measure the pad and rotors.

+1, they can't do anything unless the computer says it's due if they want to get paid. If this wasn't the case dealers would do all kinds of things and send the bill to BMW.
