LM\'s or LM-R\'s?
I\'ve seen plenty of pics so I\'m not asking for them I just want to know what do you think looks the best on an e92 M3 the LMs or LMRs?
And 19s or 20s?

I would go 20" LM's on a light colored car and 20" LM-R's on a dark car.

I was leaning towards the LMRs but I kinda wanted to go 19s and they just don't look right not being 20s. That's just from pics tho I haven't seen them in person yet. What do u guys think?

The LM's are one of the only wheels that I like in 20". I think it's the stepped lip which doesn't make them look cartoon-ish. Given that, I would still go 19" LMs for unsprung weight, looks and ride.

Don't think you can go wrong with either. To me LMRs have more of a racer look to them and the LMs are a little more conservative.
As for 19"s vs 20"s I think the step lip makes these wheels look one size smaller than their actual size. The 19"s will probably be a little lighter so it's a trade-off. You need to decide which is more important to you, looks or performance (although I doubt many can feel the difference on normal street driving). |

Due to the double stepped lip, aesthetically Dubs are better with the LM & LM-R.

19" LMs and 20"LM-Rs
I personally prefer the look of 19" LMs with puffy tires, so go 19x9.5 front and 19x11 back. 20"s look nice if you can live with the harsh ride. If you go with LM-Rs, definetely go with 20"s, as they look even smaller than LMs in 19"s. |

I don't know why this is...but it's very true! if you decide on 19"...go LM. If you decide on 20's...then it's a toss up! I'm an LM guy myself...but there's nothing wrong with a set of 20 inch LMR's. Also if you do 19's...the DBK will just make them look smaller than they actually are so i would do silver in that case.

I really like the LM-Rs but they look too small in the 19 so I'm kinda stuck on what to do
