Canada pricing has zero to do with the size of our market, dollar exchange etc.

It is market-based pricing.....Canadians are willing to pay more to drive European near-luxury and luxury cars than Americans...simple as that.

Agreed.
Canadians who have a little money spend it. Americans don't spend their money easily.

Check the price of domestic flights in the US vs Canada for reference.

I disagree with the bold and underlined statement above...I think America spends more willingly then Canadians.

For leasing, there are multiple factors involved, for one the pricing is higher in Canada and the residual value for an M3 is only 42% and that gives you the high price. He is taking only 12k miles option. I have ordered my E92 now and I have gone with the Financing with a 2.9% rate. M3 is only a good option for lease in it's first MY. After that, you are getting ripped.
