I just found some spot on Tire.

Hard to tell. If you see metal cord then not ok. If no cord and shallower than tread warning nubs at 2/32" then prob fine

looks sorta like a rock was lodged in there then became free again

That looks like it might be a plug from a previous flat repair in which case it is okay. Has this tire been repaired?
