Another Satellite Radio Question ?

Okay so I have a 2010 m3 sedan which did not have sat radio pre wired from the factory. The dealership said in order to do so would cost around 1500. I was wondering is this a normal price to have this done or would it be cheaper to go anouther route ? Want to make sure proper install is done and sat is compatible with idrive. Please let me know any suggestions thankyou !

That is way too high of a cost just to wire in Sirius. I would seriously consider going to another dealership or just getting a local installer to wire in a car kit.

i had the same issue. i went to 4 dealerships and the prices were from $600-$1500. i got it done for $600 at open road bmw in edison nj

how long did it take them to install
