Every morning in my office, my partners and I give our team a morning "pearl" which is just a reminder/request that they remember for the day. Just yesterday I gave the morning pearl in our office and it was for everyone to go out of their way to go the extra mile for one of our patients. Those kinds of things make such a huge difference in how a business is perceived.
Your story only makes me happier that I chose IND to invest my mod money with. IND, I can only hope that your level of customer service never dies as it is truly an asset to your business. Can't wait to meet you guys...flying to Chi-town in the morning!!!

IND has built up a reputation for superior customer service. Wish they were closer than they are.

Sure....
Scraped my bumper on a curb. Remembered I was going to IND that day where I had already ordered a euro bumper and other things.... They installed it, but it was the wrong color. It was my fault. I felt like an idiot. They repainted it for free and added paint reflectors to my old bumper. IND is great! Does that help?

IND might be the number one reason to live in the Chicagoland area, or at least in the top 5 reasons!

they all do right by their customers first. I probably wouldn't have gone wild with modding if it weren't for iND, but I couldn't be happier with the money I've spent with them - they're just earnest, trustworthy guys that are committed to complete customer satisfaction. |

Do you think a day will come when one of us post a similar story about BMW dealer???
Cause I believe that's how this story would go in a dealer: "They installed the bumper but when I got home I realized that it's a different color. When I called them to complain, they said No it's just because it's new. So I drove 76 miles back to the dealer to show them, when 3 of them agreed and 3 other didn't. Came to find out that the 3 who agreed that the bumper is a different color, were all customers. I requested that they either change it or paint it and they said they would paint it, but that will cost $643 and would require leaving my car there for 6 days. I asked for a loaner, but the SA chuckled and said we don't have any. I checked my order online to make sure that I ordered the right color and yes, I did order the right color, in fact in the "comment section" I wrote "please make sure it's LMB NOT MCB". I called a cab and went home and after 6 days I went to pick my car. I found out that it has 123 miles more than when I dropped it, a beer can under the seat and few scratches. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it and paid the money and went home, only to look again and guess what, I still have an MCB colored bumper)
