Another Great Experience at JMK

I picked up my M3 Sedan this week at JMK, and after buying 3 cars from them over the past 8 1/2 years, I have not been disappointed once throughout the entire sales, delivery, and service process. They remain the best dealer I've ever done business with.

My old CA left recently, so I worked with Mark Carvalho on this buy. He was exceptionally professional in every way. Mark knew that I wanted to surprise my son before he returned to school after spring break, and Thursday was the "drop dead" day to pull off the surprise. Mark made an extraordinary effort to get it done. The car came in on Thursday morning and they were able to get it prepped by 2 in the afternoon.

I'll never forget the look on my 19 year old car nut son's face when he realized that the M3 we were supposedly just test driving was going to come home with us to stay!

I want to thank everyone at JMK, and especially Mark Carvalho, for pulling through on this one.

I let him drive it around the neighborhood. I also told him he wasn't going to drive it without me in it, too. Its way too dangerous for a kid with no fear.

That's an awesome surprise! What a great dad! Maybe for his 21 you'll let him go solo?
