SSK/Exhaust Problem
I just got my UUC SSK installed and it's pretty awesome. In order to do the install, the Mid-pipe or X-Pipe has to come off.
After my install, I noticed my car feels a bit slower from 2k rpm to 3k rpm. The mid-pipe install looked pretty straight forward with bolts holding it up, and clamps connecting the pipes to the headers and muffler. The place I took it too is a bit far, so I don't want to take it back if this "loss of power" is in my head. Could an exhaust leak around where the mid-pipe connects cause a loss of power in the low rpm range? Also, is there a way to tell if I have an exhaust leak?
