Is anyone running 275/35/18 in front with 18x9.5 setup?

I've planned to go with 265/35 & 285/35 on my staggered setup but would prefer 275/35 if I know for sure it won't rub lowered on coilovers.

Nobody can definitively tell you fitment will work when you push the envelope... 275/35/18 can be done in the front but rubbing is dependent upon the tires, offset and suspension settings. I have been able to run 275/35/18 michelin PSS on 9.5 et 22 wheels with KW clubsports but the tire very slightly touches the spring in certain situations. It's not something you notice in everyday driving but the tire left a small mark on the spring. There is space between the spring and tire when the car is sitting static... the slight rub must occur when loaded. I switched to 9.5 et15 and there is no rubbing on the inside but it now slightly rubs at full lock (didn't rub at full lock with et22 offset). You need negative camber to make these sizes work.

Here are a couple shots from my track days at LRP over this past weekend. The first shot was taken at the end of the two day event. A day on the skid pad plus a day at the track will leave your car as filthy as you have ever seen.

Thanks! That's just what I needed to know. I'll be running the +22 offset so I guess will stick to 265/285. And I am going with PSS too.

Now debating tires.... Considering staggered RS3's (275/285) or square (275/35/18) Dunlop ZII

Pretty much all of the sponsoring venders... GT Motoring, Vivid, IND, EAS, Alekshop, etc.

Hmm maybe a lot of them are just out of them? All I can find is 5x114 lug. Looked on EAS and Vivid :/ I saw Alekshop has them but I had never heard of that company before...

Trying to make up my mind on 18s or 19s. Really don't want that 18" wheel gap or have to slam it but they look a little better than the 19s :/

Are you tying to find them on web pages? If so you are much better served calling the vender(s). They are not typically a stock item. All of the venders get their Volks from the same distributor (Mackin Industries). They don't update their web pages with Mackin's stock. Call them, they act like they are checking "their" stock when in fact they are checking Mackin's stock.

def do 275/285 so the stretch matches more. mostly for aesthetics reasons. i feel 275 isnt enough grip out back too

The 19 inch TE37SL are not available from Japan. I believe they are customs built for the US market. Depending on where you are they might not be available except from US vendors

Locally in Singapore I am only able to buy the 18 inch versions.

So you are going TE37 like thousands of us? lol I would have went with 18 inch bronze CE28s for the E92 M3. Thats something you dont see everyday. These you see from NSX to Subaru.

Not a fan of CE28's. I don't care if everyone has TE37's or nobody has TE37's... I buy products that I like, are proven, and are high quality. Not trying to get featured in any magazines or win any car shows

I'm keeping the HRE's. I bought the Volks primarily for track use.
