Pre-Cat 02 error question

I was wondering, I have the following codes:

275D - Lambda control stop error bank 1
275E - Lambda control stop error bank 2

I know this is my pre-cat 02 sensors going bad. I was wondering is it okay to drive my car until the new ones come in?

Thanks in advance

Both at the same time? That is a little strange. Your fuel economy will probably suffer, but if it was drastically off you would get decreased power warning.

Yeah, as above member have mentioned, it is very strange that both sensors to go bad in the same time

+1... Noticed you have an Evolve E600; maybe it (or the tune) is related to the sudden demise of both wideband O2s? Also, any work done on the car recently? I once had a car that the O2 wiring harnesses got damaged during a clutch change (pinched wires).

my car went into limp mode on my way home. I babied it all the way home with people reving at me and downshifting on my on the highway ha.

I purchased all four 02 sensors as when I put my evolve x-pipe on they were very dirty. I have a feeling that when I took them out I might of damaged them. But who knows. I am not sure when the 02s were changed, so I am glad I am able to do it now

Sometimes it’s the harness plug losing contact. Try bending the prongs and reinserting the plugs.
