This is how retarded drivers in this country are,
A new survey of American drivers was released last night and while shocking, I still wasn't surprised to find out that: * 1 in 5 drivers CAN'T PASS the written exam (and may be unfit for the road) * 85% didn't know what a fucking YELLOW LIGHT was * Most couldn't identify a safe following distance * 1 in 4 admitted to talking on the phone or eating while driving http://www.nbclosangeles.com/around-...-95120264.html
