Yeah, Speed was fed a line of I guess...still doesn't explain Tine's bizarre wig-out...

Though, maybe that can be attributed to the higher alcohol content of European beers...

Yeah so?
It'll cost 25% more than the E90 M3 and will be out-performed by it.

I don't see why they would/could not make it available in North America.

And like someone mentioned, there has been no evidence that a N/A inline-6 is in development to replace the N52, which has less than 2 years into its life cycle.

Are you really comparing an AMG V8 to a non-M L6?

So, now we have the whole pic: 306HP N54 in 335i, 330HP N54 in 335si (with optional ZSG gearbox).

335si still not US confirmed.

Also not know yet: the N54 US version specs - could be slightly different to Euro specs.

Could be even higher than 306HP in the case 335si is not comming?

Also: Geneva auto show will bring other BMW surprises. Hint: Concept.

Please excuse my ignorance. Does this mean the 330i is being eliminated? Or does this mean BMW will be offering a 325i, 330i, 335 Turbo, and M3?

I didn't think any of this was confirmed for the US market?

This still remains a mistery. Go to Woodcliff - the lights are turn on late in the night in BMW NA HQ. Marketing experts calculating, planning strategies, thinking what to do ...

Repeating:
"328i/335i or 325i/330i/335i, 328i/335i or 325i/330i/335i, ..., 328i/335i or 325i/330i/335i."

So is E90fleet saving his post #3000 for the E92 335i release? And will he become a general of some sort?

?? The fuel in the US is clean, it just that Companies that sell cars here have to meet certain Fuel efficiency for their entire car fleet (cafe) and EMIISIONS.

Diesel on the other hand is a different story.

Amazing that the side view of that old proposed engine leaked document is pretty much the same as the side view of the N54..... So maybe there are others still in the works.... ie the direct injections N53. I am pumped about the turbos, now if the had a nice DSG to go with it, if they don't build it in house they should get on the phone with Borg Warner and get some of the ones they are making for Audi/VW.
