BBQ Party/Meet?

Trying to gauge interest in a BBQ meet sometime end of July/early August in the NOVA area (I will provide the alcohol). Anyone interested?

Sat aug 10 works great for me. I get off work at 3p and would be heading up from fredericksburg.

you shouldn't do everything yourself, so let's just have a sign up list, once everything is formally put in motion. I can help with setup, tear down, supplies, and certainly can contribute money for food...but I would think everyone who attends should either contribute supplies, labor, or money. Just some thoughts...

Aug 10 might be the date. Ramadan would be over by then and I'm going to be out of town a lot in July.

Check the local county/state parks. I know in MD, almost all county/state parks have several facilities that will have a grill and pavillion; however, there will be a cost associated with it.

The other option would be to find a sponsor that will 'give' us the space
