OEM exhaust mod

Has anyone in the GTA had the OEM exhaust mod done to their E92 M3?

If so what it be possible for me to hear it? I'm looking for something a little louder then stock however I do not want drone at any speed.

it depends on which one you are looking for, the "Eas" version just replaces all the perforated material and it will be a bit louder than stock, but there is a bit of rasp.
If you go with the "ACM" version its kinda like a straight pipe setup, pretty loud, but sounds nice.

Here is a video I made for VS Motorsports, this is the "EAS" version

I don't think I would like the rasp however the true test is to hear them in person on the road.

Sitting there revving an engine isn't a true test in my opinion.

You should also check out the Eisenmann Sport Exhaust. I have it on my car and I LOVE it. It's louder than stock without any drone. Good Luck!

Don't have sound clip but for what's it's worth I went with the Dinan with race mid pipes. Loud when I want it to be but if you are are concerned just go with the back end. Sounds great!!! Especially on the track at 8000rpms.

Danio - I'd like to hear your setup in person. I have a feeling I pass by your car every day, if you drive an E90 in the 7/ThW area...

I would like to give a shout out to 4nroots for letting me drive his E93 so I could hear how it sounded in person as well as ///M Power-Belgium for his great DIY video

A drone is when during say highway driving you have the exhaust in the background constantly.

Rasp, is when the car under load makes more of a raspy (high pitched) V8 sound than a deep V8 rumble.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
