Last Production Week for the E90?

I was able to secure a production slot last Friday for this Monday somehow by the Grace of God after being told by pretty much every dealer that there was no chance of that happening this late in the game. I searched pretty much all over the west coast to find an E90 that would work for me, but I received an awesome phone call telling me I have a slot...

Who else is in production?

Don't know how many more they're building, but I'm told that the volume of E90 orders spiked as they announced production was ending. Everyone trying to get in under the wire!

Apropos of that, mine is scheduled for completion in W43 (October 28th)! Hopefully it gets delivered to the west coast before Christmas.

it's crazy how people are going to have 2012 M3's before you guys get your 2011 ones

My E90 hasn't entered production yet.

I confirmed my order late July but purposely requested ED Pickup November 21 (to take advantage of company vacation time).

I was told mine will go into production later this month (just got the official Purchase Order Form yesterday). By the time my car hits stateside, it will be almost 6 months from the time I paid initial deposit.

Just got my allocation also. For those still looking for sedans. Make a call to your dealer and do a locate. There are more than a handful of E90 M3's at status 112 (modifiable).

I just found a dealer who has an allocation left as well. Only problem, they want .00265 for MF on a ED.

I really wanted to lease for 2 reason: 1)I can write off a portion of my lease. 2)CPO at the end of 3 years.

I have the cash to pay but don't for these 2 reasons. Anyone else leasing because of the CPO at the end of the lease?

Now, if they won't, I don't know what to do? Anyone else knows of a dealership with an allocation left?

jesus! why is your MF so high? With MSD's, mine will be 0.00116.

That's what I was thinking. That's crazy low. I've seen .00185 -.00049 with MSD for .00143. But nothing close to .00116. Where did you get that? Are we talking E90 M3 or something else?

Well my rate is 0.00165 (0.0003 bmw loyalty off of 0.00195) and then 0.00049 for MSD's, so 0.00116.

The lease is still going to be in the low 700's with tax though and a downpayment because the residuals for 2012 e92 M3's are low (59% for 10k miles a year).

you should get in about 5 weeks then! Congrats! Mine finished October 1st (about a week to make from start) and scheduled to be at the port in Jersey by the 26th...gives you an idea.

Actually not sure now... It moved to the second stage on the website, but the 800 number said a production date has not yet been set.

It did all of the options I selected on the website, so I figure it's close.

My first M3 and BMW, so I'm extremely excited. Didn't think the wait would be too bad until I found myself checking the site multiple times a day.
