Anyone tried replica CSL 18's on a E9x M3?

So I'm still trying to find a suitable (and more importantly cheap) dedicated winter wheel for my new 1M. I came across these CSL replicas at **********s and according to my wheel offset calculator, here's what I've come up with...

Fronts: 18x8 ET35, gain 9mm inside clearance, lose 17mm on outside stance
Rears: 18x9 ET20, gain 18mm inside clearance, lose 8mm on outside stance

Seeing as these are $165/wheel, I can get a full set with new TPMS installed for $1010, about half the cost of the OEM 18x8 ET20 wheels without TPMS.

Anyone tried these on a E92 M3? Do they clear the massive front calipers?
