I have epoxy, always liked the look of a semi-gloss grey epoxy. Not a fan at all of the race deck or other plastic stuff. If you have concrete in reasonable shape, prep it well and use a good product it will not come up. It cleans up really easy as well. Spill anything on it and it comes up with a dry paper towel. I also have some extra epoxy for sale. It's actually half of a kit needed for a typical 2 car garage. Color is medium gray. PM me if interested.

This is what I used: http://www.armorgarage.com/ . It is a military/aerospace grade product.

Just finished building a garage for the beast and ended up going with Premier Garage. Very happy with the decision as the floor has texture and is not very slippery when wet. http://www.premiergarage.com/

I think that is the idea. He's got a full kitchen, sofas, mini home theater, etc. upstairs. I'm guessing this garage condo cost about $250,000+.

Had mine professionally done with 100% solid epoxy. It's very strong with a thick layer of clear coat.

I think 100% epoxy is the best product outhere. Other than that, 12"x12" industrial grade commercial vinyl tile would be another choice. They can take lots of beating, and won't dent as easily.

Picture of us putting down the race deck style tiles. A month it, I've been very happy with them. Clean up is a breeze. Darn sideways picture... grrrr

P.S. Rex Heat - your car looks lo glossy in that picture, it's amazing.

I think well done epoxy looks the best...but I went for the safe choice and did tiles as I didnt want to take a chance of peeling.

Went with racedeck as well. I like it but have had a few small issues with heat expansion (installed in winter).

Those of you with tiles, how is the drainage? Thinking of rain run off, melted snow, etc.

I find that water seems to just sit on top of the tile in little pools and then just evaporate. Very little seems to actually go through the tile seams to the floor below. But even if it did, as long as it is small amounts, periodically, drainage and evaporation is no problem. If liquid water can get through one way, evaporated water can get back out the same way.

Not sure I'd want to pull in with a car with 3 inches of snow sitting on it though. I'm talking normal stuff like coming in with a wet car when it rains, some snow dragged in by the tires, etc...
