I've also read from several people about the HAS hitting really hard over big bumps. Wonder the truth to that.

I also wonder if you can do the e36 bumpstops in increase the travel to prevent that.

Here is what mine looks like with the Swift's on:
Sorry for the crappy iPhone pictures, wanted to get them quickly. I showed these pictures to Swift and they said this was normal. Doesn't seem normal with what I've been seeing on the forum. Also this has 15mm spacers on the front and 12mm on the rear. Super annoying. Last edited by duvinclunk; 02-10-2016 at 10:37 PM.. |

I thought that I saw somewhere that B&G made the springs that Dinan sells? I have the Dinan springs and I'm very happy with them if that translates over to B&G. One of the best things I've done to the car.

There's also lots of talk that Eibach makes Dinan springs all of which have been unconfirmed.

On the lowering, keep in mind I'm on a 19" setup as well. |

Hi gents, new to the forum. Just picked up a 2011 ZCP and looking into lowering it a bit. I have been researching and have also narrowed it down to Swift vs B&G.
Never owned either, I have heard of Swift from the ClubLexus community, but B&G is new to me. I am open to either and have owned both progressive and linear springs in the past. They both have their pros and cons. The question I really have, is the drop the same with both springs? I see both state 1.0" front, but some are saying they didn't get that or their one drops more than the other? (I do understand it will not drop a ZCP a full inch) Since reviews for both have been so good, I would lean toward whichever one drops the front more. Thanks. |

I recently installed the Swift after months of research. The most common con i've seen for Swift is that it doesn't lower the front enough. I completely disagree. I was really surprised by the drop because most, if not all, of the comments suggested that it would give a conservative drop. My front gap is nearly gone. I also swapped for e36 bump stops. I'm so low I don't think I would be able to get 15mm front and 12mm rear without rub.

I am running the B&G springs on my e90m3 with EDC and 19" BBS wheels. I find that over time (3mo) the drop has come down to the point where the fenders are just at the tires, which looks great. However, the ride is alot more harsh, very bouncy, and bottoms out even though i trimmed the bumpstops. If i dial up the EDC the ride gets even more bouncy.
Granted i live in SF, and the roads are not great, but also not the worst i have seen. At this point with my m3 being my DD, i am considering going KW V1 for more comfort... |

Here's mine on H&R Sport Plus and it has never, ever bottomed out on even the nastiest of roads and deep potholes. Rides extremely taught and sharp, I can't imagine a better driving/sitting spring setup for this car.
