Markup
No mention of markup. If they want more than list price I will wait for a later one at list price. Since the purchase price was unknown when I specified the options the Vehicle Purchase agreement says deposit refundable depending on price. If I had to wait, option of M-DCT should be available, maybe even the Brembo calipers & there would be more history to see if there are any issues the car. There does not appear to be any major issues with the car so far based on what I am seeing in the forums.

The price can be marked up in Canada but must be fully disclosed on the bill of sale.I do not think you will see the M3 being marked up regardless of where the pricing is finally set.

I would love to know the BMW sales stats for M3's... I have seen many more E46 M3's in England than any state in the US... than even California...
