2 months for me, and no wheels yet. the 6 weeks production time is long gone. Was told I would have them latest 2nd week of Nov, nothing yet. Now they said they will ship this week. We shall c. But from the runaround and lack of info, i wouldnt be surprised if they dont.

Who else has been waiting longer?

Were you told the time period in writing or verbal? Maybe you can ask for discounts? I would never wait that long. And honestly I'd cancel my order if the second time around they promised me the wheels they did not comply. That is just unacceptable from any vendor.

Honesty at this point, I just want my wheels. No discounts, no refunds, no promises, nothing. Just the wheels. They are already paid in full and therefore dont really care bout discounts at this point, just to get the wheels as promised. BTW I do have it in writing, but i dont care, im not like that.

The only thing that really pisses me off is the fact that once 6 weeks passed, I didnt get a call or email or anything saying there would be dalays and such. To me, customer service is whats important, and there has been a dramatic change from the start till now. If they had called me and told me exactly what was going on would have been a totally different story.

+2. The customer service was great prior to me placing my order. Very attentive and quick to respond, but once I placed the order and paid the deposit, the service has quickly gone downhill. It has been a little over 3 weeks since I placed the order. I was told verbally and in writing that the expected finish date of the wheels is Feb 23 I believe. As long as I get them around that time then cool or if a few weeks later that's fine also. But I hope that their attentiveness improves as I am concerned about them getting the wheel finish correct along with the widths we discussed...

I spoke with them last week & they are crazy busy with sometimes only 1 guy in the office doing many things, so just be patient with them. I also ordered my 8 Mesh back Nov 14th with a 5-6 week delivery & they said they should be done around the beginning of Feb. for me now, though, this is not a big deal since I already have a set of 19" Kenesis on the E90 M3 until the 8 Mesh are ready & put on at their location. Also, like stated, they aren't as large as HRE & when they have tooling issues, they get it fixed (which could take days to weeks) but because of the added time some customers think it's that they just don't care about them, but in reality they are trying their hardest to get you the wheels as fast as they can & with the quality we are expecting.

I do agree that this doesn't excuse the non acknowlegement of the wheels taking longer than origionally quoted and when a customer who's already called & asks when the wheels will be done, they should be more forthright to let you know it might be up to a month more and why. But there will still be customers who don't care about the reality of manufacturing and want their stuff now, no matter what.

The only cool thing is they are gonna do an official 360 Forged photo shoot with my car when the wheels are ready!

Luckily I was told that it's gonna be 8 weeks or plus by WheelSto, and time wasn't a priority issue for me cause of the winter session here in Philly. It's been 6 weeks for me so far. I hear u gthirtyfizle cause before I got my AA exhaust, I refused shipment from UUC Corsa (which I thank that I never got it), cause I had to wait about 4~ 5 more weeks. The UPS shipment said it was shipped and billed tho. I hope it turns out all smooth so at the end u can say it was worth waiting a LOOOONG 8 weeks.

Yea i completely agree with you. I think its a mixture of things. I think one is they took more work load at once then they can handle. Also with trying to get everything in house, all the new machines, etc.
