What an awesome day! Feels good to bring the car to where it belongs. It was pleasure to finally put some faces to the names. Can't wait till next event

Thats funny as I do remember 2 C63's growing larger in my windsheild and then disappear at the same rate in my rear view mirror

during the day at 2 different times.Who needs more practice?

I guess you don't understand how quotes work on msg boards? And yours was the only M3 that passed me

Yeah whatever but the reality was that you were going pretty good but an M3 would help with your lack of pace issue

Well that was an interesting day with a very full entry and all the late drop ins that wanted to run.It did make for a very full day for the instructors who were out in cars for 100% of the groups in the AM.It was great to meet some new faces of people from this forum and there were a pile of M's out along with all the other great cars that showed up.

Ben's M is freaking loud

especially when you are trying to instruct a student behind it!

Old front engine Porsches dont seem to like Mosport very much as 2 out of the 3 had catostrophic engine failures.

C63's are very hard on left front tires but sound great while grinding them off.

More horsepower is a good thing with a 3/4 mile uphill straight but having more is much better.

The marshalls seemed to be having an issue with the white Cobalt that came down corner 4 sideways and the M3 that were using the rumble strips because that is the fast way in both these cars

Overall a great day with no great issues that was safe in perfect weather.

Haha, I turned it off for the rest of the day.. I was planning to turn it back on if I ran on my own, but running with Rian was just too exciting. Too bad about the oil though.

Rian is always exciting

He was doing 1.35's in his Cobalt with traffic and got black flagged a few times for being too agressive by the marshalls

I guess they are not used to somebody driving a prepared Cobalt that fast!

Haha, yes he told me he was flagged twice by the second time he was in the car with me. Would have loved to sit in on one of his/your runs.
