Dent Repair?

Brand new E-90 and I got a pretty good dent at the bottom of the pillar between the windshield and the driver's door. It's about 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch in an oval shape.

Any chance a paintless guy can push it out? If not, how do you fix it? It doesn't seem like a body part that's easy to replace.
