For anyone located around Toronto (or within reason in Canada) I am looking for a set of rubber that fits the stock specs. Will consider anything over 50% tread remaining since I only need them for one season.

Fronts, rears or both? I have two pair of fronts (genuine Michelin PS2 BMW "Star" 245/40x18 delivered factory installed on M3's). On pair has 10/32 (!) and the other has about 6/32. It sounds like either would suit your needs.
