Sorry for my bad english...

I was taking to ''Alvin Lopez'' for 2 weeks about his BMW M3 E92 with 20,000 miles. He ask 30,000$ for his car. He show me a clean carfax.

Carfax report: http://65.55.85.183/att/GetAttachmen...0ab&oneredir=1

COPY OF EMAIL.

Hello Robert,

Sorry for my late reply. I was in the hospital again.
I've attached more pictures, the VIN:WBSWD93589PY43600 and carfax report.
I'm currently at my sister in Phoenix, AZ due to the fact I'm waiting for a liver transplant. I had a buyer 1 weeks ago whose loan was not approved and I don't have any more time&money to waste, which is why I asked that we use AOL Money (http://autos.aol.cars-sitemap.com/). This is the only way I'm going to forward with the transaction. Once I have the confirmation that you are a serious buyer and have the money available, I'll be glad to meet with you and give you the car for inspection. AOL Money will hold and secure the money during the entire transaction and will release the funds to me only after you decide to keep the car; during the inspection period you can check the car at any dealership. This way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it and I know that you have the money and you aren't just fooling around like my last buyer. If you are interested in the car and you have the money available then we can get started immediately.
By the way, my phone number is (602) 904-5235.

Thanks,
Alvin

This is an extremely obvious scam. Why in the world would someone sell an m3 for $30,000 to a person and spend weeks doing it when they can get $44,000 from carmax or even selling it to a dealer?

This is the most common auto scam there is, and if you've looked for a used car chances are you've run into it.

Also calling BMW and asking who the owner is is a bad idea, their records are terrible.

Yep. I got the same email. The company he suggest doesn't even exist. They did put a lot of effort in creating the website though. I almost believe it was actually part of AOL.

cars-sitemap.com is the actual domain - you can see based on the 'who-is' information, that even their registration information is bogus:

Damn crooks. If only people spent as much time trying to make real money as they do scamming, they'd probably actually be doing alright.
