I am in northern VA, about an hour south of you. There is a place near me in manassas called Ptuning, if you need anything done. Let me know if you are in this area or want to ride.

if your going to be at Ft Meade in MD, there is At Speed Motorsports in Hanover, MD which is right next door.

They specialize in BMW and Porsche. They are also a DINAN authorized center, and all have Active Autowerkes stuff, amongst other things.

Thanks a bunch fellas for the information. Also, I'm from Maryland and I have visiting DC and Bmore enough to know that those stateboys do not play around....

WHAT new and up coming ways have they been using to catch people speeding? Have they installed cameras yet like Europe? Should I invest in V1 and Jammer asap?

Dont know when you were last in md but now there are speed cameras on I-95 in White Jeep Libertys parked in Construction areas. Also md has cell phone usage law which prohibits any use of cell phone on md roads unless using handsfree. Also im in md and not too far from you. National Capital Chapter of BMWCCA has one social a month in columbia which should be fairly close for you.

If your at Ft. Meade, Urbanlegend is there and he has a Silverstone M3.
Nowadays, the cops are getting smarter. I have an escort 9500ix and it doesn't go off when I approach a lot of these cops parked on the side of the road. Now, what they are doing is to switch their radar on when they see a car going faster than the flow of traffic. Before, the detector would go off all the time and I'd spot them a mile away which was when they'd sit with the radar on all the time.
