That's what we've been doing for most M3s. On darker colored cars - this brings out the Angel Eyes much more.

Exactly. Plus who would want to code away their turn signals? Pretty important to let others know your intentions and pretty stupid if you eliminate them.

Coding simply removes the running lamp (50% illumination). Turn signals still work normally when needed.

I bought a second pair from Bimmian to see if the problem was consistent, and that set had the same problem. I trimmed the edges of the Bimmian unit, and they locked with the prongs a good deal better. I don't doubt that all of your bulbs will work given enough finagling, but it's that finagling that will likely damage customers headlights without them knowing they're damaging anything. |
