Problem with roof retracting...?

About 75% of the time, the passenger side latch sticks, doesn't want to unlatch, when I'm retracting the roof. Usually what I do to fix it is close the top, then open it again then the latch unlatches and its all good. Does anyone else have this problem?

Take it to the dealer. My did this and they just lubed it up and the problem went away. Wasn't a big deal.

You'll get it back next day if they want to let it sit and check it in the morning (to be safe) or same day otherwise. Its pretty quick. I picked up mine the next morning.
